SMEC has established a strategic partnership with Integral to jointly pursue future asset management opportunities. Integral is an engineering consultancy group with offices located in Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic and Peru.
An MOU was signed in July to formalise the partnership. This collaboration forms part of both companies’ growth strategies to provide a diversified service offering and increase their geographical footprint throughout the Latin America region. SMEC and Integral’s combined asset management and engineering services will focus on opportunities in the mining, infrastructure, energy, and oil and gas industry sectors. SMEC is a member of the Surbana Jurong Group.
