SJ Campus: Conditions of Entry

Welcome to SJ Campus.

Please note the following as you spend your time with us.

1.  Public Spaces

  • Visitors are welcome to use the public spaces within SJ Campus, including gardens, playgrounds, footpaths, atriums, seating areas and retail/commercial areas. However, please be aware that you do so at your own risk.

2. Guidelines for Common Use

  • Obstruction: Do not cause any obstructions, and avoid blocking escape routes, corridors, landings, and stairwells.
  • Noise: Refrain from creating excessive noise that might disturb others.
  • Lawn and Garden Care: Do not damage any of the lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, or plants.
  • Building Structures, Installations and Furniture: Please treat all building structures, installations and furniture with care and avoid marking, defacing, or damaging any of them.
  • Respectful Behaviour: Use language and behaviour that does not offend or embarrass others.
  • Rubbish Disposal: Dispose of rubbish only in designated trash or recycling bins.
  • Animals: Do not bring animals into the building or public areas without the prior written permission from the Management.
  • Reputation: Avoid any activities that could harm the reputation of SJ Campus, tenants, or other occupants.
  • Smoking: Smoking is permitted only at designated outdoor areas.
  • Photography and Recording: Taking photographs, videos, or audio recordings is allowed only for private non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires the prior written permission from the Management.
  • Appropriate Attire: Dress appropriately during your visit.

3. Safety Measures

  • Mindful Walking: Be cautious of obstacles or uneven surfaces while walking.
  • Handrails: When using staircases, hold on to handrails while ascending or descending.
  • Wheelchair Accessibility: Utilize wheelchair ramps and lifts where necessary.
  • Hazardous Materials: Do not bring any flammable chemicals, liquids, gases, or other combustible, corrosive or dangerous materials into the building or public spaces.
  • Hazard Prevention: Avoid actions likely to create hazards or danger to others or cause damage to property.
  • Pedestrian Access: The public spaces are intended for pedestrian access only. Other than wheelchairs and strollers, the use of bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and skates is not allowed inside the building.
  • Vehicles: Motorized vehicles are only permitted in the carpark.
  • CCTV: Please be informed that CCTV cameras are in operation for safety and security surveillance and monitoring purposes.
  • Directions by Management: Please comply with all notices, signages and the directions of the Management’s safety officers and/or staff at all times.

4.Responsibility for Children

  • If you have children under your care, ensure they comply with these terms and conditions.

5. Management’s Discretion

  • The Management reserves the right to implement additional rules and regulations as needed for the control, management, administration, and enjoyment of the public spaces.

6. General Compliance with Law

  • You are required to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
