Corporate Governance

Since its inception, Surbana Jurong has grown exponentially through strategic acquisitions, deepening capabilities and expanding geographic reach. With the expansion, we are operating across borders and have to attune to the differing regulatory requirements. In doing so, we rely on Surbana Jurong’s robust Governance and Compliance policies and procedures including Code of Ethics, Whistleblowing and Risk Management policies.

Central to Surbana Jurong is Integrity, one of the Group’s core values, and this means we are committed to high standards of corporate governance. The SJ leadership advocates a zero-tolerance approach towards bribery and corruption. To demonstrate our commitment, Surbana Jurong is the first, large corporate organisation in Singapore to be awarded the Singapore Standard (SS) ISO 37001 certification on Anti-Bribery Management System.

We are continually enhancing our governance and compliance systems, and strengthening our compliance culture through ongoing training and development.
