The master plan redefined the potential and identity of the Hai Phong region by integrating the practical needs of its occupants with the vision for a new living experience while simultaneously promoting and protecting the area’s natural environment.
Strongly supported by the Singapore and Vietnam governments, this is poised to reinforce Hai Phong’s standing as a choice for foreign investments. With the master plan, tenancy needs of international occupants were catered to whilst retaining the area’s integrity comprising of natural waterways and socially important sites such as shrines. Addressing major infrastructure needs, it integrated existing and new areas to accommodate future growth scenarios.
