The massive township consists of 4,000 landed units that can accommodate up to 20,000 people.
Self-sufficient neighbourhoods will be designed to be fully integrated with parks, medical centres, places of worship and other amenities. To give the town a sense of heritage and identity, an existing stream that runs through the development has been enhanced into a river walkway. Residents can now stroll down the river to enjoy the juxtaposition of an urban landscape and nature.
