Changi East Airside Utilities
Surbana Jurong developed a Utility Master Plan (UMP) to conduct services routing and associated infrastructure plants to serve Changi East. This airport site includes Terminal 5, satellite building(s), landside development, industry zone and all buildings and supporting facilities and services such as Ground Services Equipment (GSE).
The infrastructure plan for the air-side utilities spans beyond 100 hectare of area.
