Kallang Trivista
Kallang Trivista is a development of replacement flats and facilities for residents from Rochor Centre. Located near the Kallang MRT and alongside Kallang River, Kallang Trivista comprises three blocks of residential flats and one multi- storey car park with lushly landscaped roof gardens and ground spaces.
The development (site area of 21,982 sqm) is the realisation of a new vision for city living. It focuses on quality living spaces and utmost connectivity for the modern city dwellers set amidst a tranquil environment. The design is the interplay of greeneries, textures and waterscapes, with a precinct inspired by tributaries of life and the concept of riverfront living.
The design takes full advantage of the site by aligning the blocks to give optimal views of the Kallang River. Accessibility to Kallang River is improved with this new addition to the river scape. The central activity hub between the residential blocks is designed to assimilate lush greeneries of an urban resort where residents and visitors can retreat from the hustling urban life. Here, residents can meet and interact with one another, fostering the community and neighbourliness, in a barrier free environment, a borderless oasis, a home without boundaries.
