La Botanica
Located in Xi'an, La Botanica is a 133-hectare self-contained township of 30,000 apartments that houses up to 100,000 people.
It has excellent infrastructure and amenities, including a school, a hospital, and retail malls. To provide recreational enjoyment, we also incorporated three communal park areas and a 12,000 square metres mega clubhouse with a wooden-decked waterfront promenade.
In addition, we maximised the strategic location of the nearby Chan river by allocating different types of land for use along the entire river frontage – luxury waterfront housing, recreational clubhouse facilities, as well as retail and commercial buildings.
