Envisioned as a green oasis set within the urban fabric, Teban Vista provides a living experience that is both relaxing and close to nature.
Its contemporary architecture features clean lines and random textures across the elevation to add visual aesthetics and a hint of playfulness. The blocks were oriented North-south to allow adequate lighting and ventilation for comfortable living. Each unit was specially designed for internal customisability and barrier-free access. The Green Mark certified development has a distinct reticular vine-like structure that creeps up the blocks to draw attention to the building’s outline.
