Fusionopolis @ one-north
Fusionopolis @ One North is the first fully-integrated work-live-play-learn hub for the Infocomm Technology and Media industries, located at Buona Vista, Singapore. This $500-million development comprises a building of 23 stories and another of 28 stories, with a total space of 120,000 square metres.
Built to induce distinct “uptown” vibrancy, the development employs innovative building technologies. The Vertical City also consists of retail, serviced apartments, a black box theatre, a health club and sky gardens. Skybridges link the buildings while the one-north MRT Station connect directly at the basement. A frit-patterned façade, a pod-like theatre and transfer steel girders lends expression to the aesthetics.
