The Nautical
Inspired by Sembawang’s rich naval & rubber plantation past, the Nautical is an architectural reinterpretation of docked cruise ships.
Four ship-shaped blocks housing 435 units were placed across the sloping terrain with trees and other greenery arranged alongside.
