Southern Islands Reclamation
The reclamation project added about 34 hectares of land to the foreshores of St John’s Island, Lazarus Island, Renget Island and Kias Shoal.
Surbana Jurong provided the expertise for the reclamation and infrastructure works at the Southern Islands for the Singapore Tourism Board. There are plans afoot to develop the islands into a popular tourist getaway.
