Surbana Jurong’s growing stature as an international engineering design firm was recognised this year with its climb to 25th position on ENR’s Top 225 International Design Firms list.
In results released on 12 July 2018, the Group put up its best performance so far on the list, a testament to its expanding footprint in urban and infrastructure consulting in over 40 countries to date. Surbana Jurong took 35th spot in 2017 and 48th spot in 2016.
Firms on the list are assessed based on “design revenue from projects outside of their home countries, measuring their presence in international commerce”, according to the report by ENR, or Engineering News Record. The US company, which reports engineering and construction news, dates back to 1874.
